In the Sengoku Era of Japan, there were several female figures that played an important role to help the political view of Japan. Due to the long-term marriage of Kodai-in and Toyotomi Hideyoshi, she played the most role to help her husband’s fame and power to grow. As Nohime was the only wife of Oda Nobunaga, she is said to be a helpful mental support to her husband. But Lady Tsukiyama being the first wife of Tokugawa Ieyasu had many anxieties being compared with other wives. This factor may have led to her betraying her own husband for her own family. Nevertheless, the existence of the woman and their marriage due to family relation has helped out their husbands, the three great unifiers, to get their status of being known as a great figure in Japan.
